Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell and for hygienic purposes, returned items must be unopened, unused and be in their original undamaged packaging with labels and seals intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All sex toys, where the items packaging/box has been opened, unless the item(s) are considered damaged or faulty, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Receipt date will be provided by the courier service.
When ordering clothes or underwear, please read the size guide of each product. If you're un-sure whether an item of clothing will fit you, get in touch. You can WhatsApp us any time or even talk to an agent through live chat. If nobody is active just leave your details and we will get back to you asap.
To complete your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll take it from there.
Free Returns on Defective Items
All our items are checked and tested and we offer an Eden's Temple Quality Guarantee. If for some reason you have received a broken or defective item in your order, please contact us straight away to arrange an exchange by emailing email@example.com. We will send a courier free of charge to collect the item and have a replacement arranged asap. Once again, please report your defective item to us within 14 days of receipt. We feel this is an apt amount of time for products to have been put to use.

Once received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We aim to have all refunds processed within 3 - 5 working days of receiving your return.
Why would a refund be rejected? If an item is returned under the pretence that it is unopened and in perfect condition but has been opened or is not fit for re-sale, your refund request will not be processed. Please be honest when returning goods.
